  We used this company when we had storm damage to replace the area that was damaged, at first it looked good. Then the fence began to come apart and the doors began to not open and close. No one would return my calls. Finally after a year of calling Jeff came out and looked at it and said that it was installed incorrectly, BUT he didn’t work there then, so it wasn’t his crew and there was nothing he would do. We have a fence that continues to come apart and doors that will not open and close properly. The area of my fence that was not damaged that has been up for nearly 27 years is more stable than what this company put up. I have left MANY messages for the owner to call me and have not received a call yet. I am just amazed, this company could fix this issue in less than a day and Jeff has admitted that it was poorly done originally, but instead they prefer to ignore the customer. This is poor customer service, I would definitely not recommend this company.
