- NWNick White3 days ago5.0I needed my gas connection moved for a new in -cabinet oven purchase. Zach F and Logan C are an awesome team. They do clean, neat work and are very professional. It’s apparent that they take pride in their work based on their attention to detail. I highly recommend them. I was so impressed with them that I had them back two days later to replace my water heater which was also carried out flawlessly. Zach is very up to speed on all the latest building codes and made sure that everything was up to code for the replacement . I will definitely use this team again when I need plumbing services .

Out of 3 different repair techs, Noah was the only one that showed photos and a video of the leak (in my crawlspace). He was very thorough in explaining what the problem was & the repair needed (service line repair & another pipe). On the day of the repair, Noah & his team did a very professional job. Noah kept me updated during every step of the repair. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him & will definitely be requesting Noah for future plumbing needs.

Devin was great - he was thorough in his inspection, polite, and respectful of my home, including wearing shoe covers while inside. He ex0lained every step well without any condescension. I ended up having the option to replace my garbage disposal and kitchen drains (a long overdue project I hadn't gotten around to hiring out), and the price was reasonable. I was provided various options for the repair. He got it done that morning and cleaned up fully after completion. I would definitely use them again!
- JOJason OwenOct 30, 20251.0I called Moncrief with a gas leak between my meter and my house. Because of the way the house was constructed, approximately 200ft of gas line would need to be replaced. Moncrief was quick to respond and present me with a $30,000 estimate, which showed they were trying to take advantage of the situation. When I asked for a breakdown of the pricing or any other details besides a big number on their technician's iPad, I was met with resistance and ignored. Fortunately for me and unfortunately for them, I know people in the underground pipe installation business and was able to get the work completed for about 25% of the ridiculous number they quoted.
