  I have never had a bad service with Moncrief. Truly love the service from installation of my HVAC to check ups.

  I thought I'd be getting the quality of service and care that I get from Moncrief Heating and Air on Chattahoochee Ave. Ace bought this Cartersville plumbing company and Moncrief, and I got the plumbing company's plumber. From the moment he walked in it was nothing but a hard sell for this or that - despite Moncrief having recently made repairs on what this guy was "safety testing"... and every phone call includes a MAJOR HARD SELL on water heaters, and this guy... woo-wee! Anyway, I knew what was needed, just replacing some wear parts in my shower (O-ring and stem packing) but I got three quotes from from him starting at $1600 down to $650 to rebuild my faucet. I got fed up and bought the rebuild kit myself for $65. The professional plumber couldn't even get the faucet handles off - nothing a little WD-40 couldn't take care of - after which it was a 20 minute job for me, merely a handy homeowner. I thought I'd pay someone to avoid the hassle and get a plumber out to do the work for $150 + parts. HA! I think this guy gets management approval though, since about all he was did was sell, sell and sell. They get an extra star just for being affiliated with Moncrief. I sure do miss my old and retired licensed plumber/electrician. boo freaking hoo.

  Moncrief was a pleasure to work with. They thoroughly explained all of the services and were able to get us on the schedule quickly. I was very impressed with our technician, Devin. There were some adjustments to the install due to our unique setup and he was able to walk me through these without a problem. I was impressed with the quality and timeliness of the install. It was a great experience and we will call Moncrief next time we have an issue!
