  This is a repeat visit for me because I trust the work Deep Dive does for me. Eric was very professional and very pleasant to work with. He looked at the project, gave me 3 quotes, even went out of his way to contact his superiors asking for a discount on my behalf. Eric completed the work and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Deep Dive Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work and I will definitely use them again for any needs I have!

  Kevin and Dwayne were on time and very friendly. They took the time to write up estimates and explained what work needed to be done to fix our gas leak. They worked hard to complete the project before they left our property. I was extremely happy with their service.

  Deep dive plumbing is an excellent choice. They were at my home within a little over an hour after my call. Immediately turned off the water and created a bypass to the street line and had my water back on in no time. They returned within 2-days and had my exterior pipe repaired at a minimal cost and provided financing on the spot. The plumber Dewayne Tiller was amazing. He explained everything to me and stayed with the job until it was completed. He was respectful, kind and friendly. I hope not to have any more plumbing issues but if I do deep dive will be my first call and I will request Dewayne if he’s available

  I had some come to house and review the projects that I wanted to complete. Nothing major, adding laundry room and replacing a water heater on a Thursday. The plumber told me that I would have my estimate on Monday. Monday came and I never got an estimate. Tuesday I called and was told the plumber had a family emergency and that he or someone else would give me the quote. I followed up three times and never got an estimate. A complete waste of my time. Caution to anyone that wants to use them… if they can’t even provide a quote for a project what gives you confidence they will do you plumbing timely, on budget, or even correctly.

  Very disappointed with this company. We were told by a reliable source that the person behind Deep Dive was the same one who started A-Total Plumbing. We used A-Total about five years ago for a full replumb and had a great experience with Brad and his team, so we felt confident calling. All we needed was a general price to replace a pressure valve. Instead of giving a ballpark over the phone, they sent a tech out who spent over an hour pointing out “issues” with our plumbing, water heater, and more. He even claimed a part installed by A-Total five years ago was cheap and poorly done, which made no sense since their company did the work. It quickly turned into a sales pitch. He tried to push a full replacement of our whole home water filtration system, claiming it was over 10 years old, even though it was installed just five years ago. The entire interaction felt pushy and sales driven rather than helpful. We were simply looking for a price, not a long list of upsells. We went into this expecting the same level of honesty and quality we experienced before, but that was not the case. We will be finding a different plumber and have already told our neighbors (who called when they saw their van in our driveway) to avoid them. Just be cautious. If you request a simple quote, you may receive a two-hour sales pitch instead.
