- TCTodd CashFeb 11, 20262.0Not impressed we’ve had this Machine rented for two months was told when we were in the machine when it broke down, they would come out on weekends that’s happened twice and it’s all weekend long over a small problem. The thumb cylinder blow the packing out and I am now five days going on six without the machine trucks half loaded can’t unload them. Can’t load them having to pay down time for the trucks because they’re owner operators and can’t even hardly Get anyone to contact me back. This is the same cylinder that for a month now has had leaks been bent since we got the machine and they did not order it until the packing blow out. With the exception of a few have not had a good experience At all time $10,000 in rent this machine and now six days in nearly $4000 paid to trucks for sitting half loaded Was also told when I ran in the machine if they couldn’t fix it, they would get it out here. Something else quickly. Ask these questions because I knew how much downtime cost in the line of work. I’m in I just don’t understand why we’ve been waiting so long on shipping on the cylinder when it was supposed to come from not very many towns away paid the higher price at United Rentals to avoid all this and it looks like all I did by doing that is cost myself more money
