    We live in an area that isn’t able to get county water so we have a well. And everything came to a screaming hault Monday night when our water stopped out of no where with 3 kids in the house. I had been calling since it went out to a numerous amount of well drilling/ repair companies around my area and they all turned me away or earliest time being NEXT WEEK. I finally stumbled upon me.Jimmy’s company and I am never looking back I called around 9 am on Tuesday after they opened and the sweetest operator awnsered her name is Mrs. Pam I told her about my emergency needing the water back on because of the kids, I didn’t know much about our well so she had me take pictures of my well and send it to her to help her figure out what well I have so she could notate it. Mr. Jimmy called not even 30 minutes later. And he was here not even an hour after I called with himself and Michael and they showed up in the pouring rain to fix my well and as soon as they stepped out of the truck they went directly to my well! Michael even went under my house in the rain to track down the source of the problem which was a super easy fix once they found it lightning from the storm had burnt out a component to the pump and they were able to replace it and have my water on within an hour of being at my house. And the prices I had been quoted from other companies was outrageous. But mr. jimmy only charged me $170 which is REMARKABLE! And they even made sure to tell me my pump may go out soon making sure I was aware in case it happened. It is very easy for me to say I will NEVER Use anyone else! Mr.jimmy if your reading this I Thankyou very much for what you did, to do it in the pouring rain you and Michael are saints. I look forward to being able to call you for the next issue!
