I had a Tesla Wall Connector installed in my garage by ServiceWise Electric, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thomas was fantastic to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and very open-minded. I really appreciated that he was willing to listen and even learn from me as a customer to make sure we got the best setup possible.
The installation itself was incredibly efficient—completed in under 2 hours—and everything was done cleanly and professionally. Josh, the apprentice who came with Thomas, was also great and worked hard to make the process smooth.
I reached out to 9 different companies for quotes, and ServiceWise offered the most competitive pricing by far. On top of that, they provided a military discount, which I truly appreciate.
Overall, great attitude, great workmanship, and great value. Highly recommend Thomas and the ServiceWise team for EV charger installation.

Scottie came out to fix our front light switch and we couldn’t have asked for better service! He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the visit. He was also great with our two small boys and our dog. He repaired our switch quickly and we’re happy to have our front light working again! Would definitely recommend Scottie.

Scheduling my repair was easy and the office staff was friendly and professional. I received a text before my appointment with the electrician's name and photo. Again, very professional. The electrician was also friendly and considerate. He conducted a quick assessment of my home's electrical system and explained what he found. There were a few things that were outdated or not up to code. He explained them and offered a price quote to fix these items. No pressure. No upsell. Just wanted my home to be safe.
He went above and beyond what I expected. I was grateful for his help. He tested everything that he had done and cleaned up after the work. I believe that the pricing was fair and inline with the market. I will be calling them in the future for some plumbing work.
Thank you to everyone involved. This is businesses should be run.

ServiceWise and the technician Thomas were amazing to work with. The dispatcher understood the urgency of our issue and when Thomas arrived he explained exactly what he was going to start with and identified our problem in a short period of time. Thomas also took extra time to walk through the 3 point inspection and outline the items critical and non critical that need addressing after our original issue was resolved. Would absolutely work with them again
Frequently Asked Questions About Servicewise Electric & Plumbing
Is it better to repair or replace my water heater?
The decision between repairing or replacing your water heater depends on its age and the cost of repairs. For units over 8-10 years old or those with tank leaks, replacement is often the more cost-effective long-term solution. Servicewise can assess your specific situation and provide guidance on the most suitable option for your home and budget.
How do I know if I need an electrical panel upgrade?
Indicators that you may need an electrical panel upgrade include frequent light flickering, circuit breakers tripping regularly, or insufficient circuits for modern appliances or electric vehicle chargers. Our certified electricians can perform a thorough inspection of your panel and recommend appropriate, code-compliant upgrades if necessary.
Why does my breaker keep tripping?
Repeatedly tripping breakers often indicate circuit overloads or potential wiring problems. This situation should not be ignored as it can pose a fire risk. Servicewise offers prompt troubleshooting and repair services to ensure your home's electrical system remains safe and functional.
What size water heater do I need for my home?
The appropriate water heater size depends on your household's water consumption. While a 50-gallon tank typically suffices for a family of four, individual needs may vary. Our experts can evaluate your specific requirements and advise on the most suitable option, including both conventional and energy-efficient tankless models.
How often should I schedule plumbing maintenance?
Annual plumbing inspections are recommended to detect leaks, address water pressure issues, and prevent drain buildup. Our Wise Plan members benefit from yearly inspections and priority service, helping to avoid unexpected and costly plumbing problems.
Can I install an EV charger at home if my electrical panel is old?
Installing an EV charger with an older electrical panel may be possible, but it requires a thorough assessment of your electrical system's capacity. Our electricians can evaluate your current setup and, if needed, upgrade your panel to safely accommodate the EV charger installation.
Why is my water bill suddenly higher than usual?
An unexpected increase in your water bill could be due to a concealed leak, a malfunctioning toilet, or an issue with your underground water line. Our team utilizes advanced leak detection technology to quickly identify and resolve the source of the problem.
What's the difference between a GFCI and a regular outlet?
GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) outlets provide enhanced safety by immediately cutting off power when they detect moisture or an electrical imbalance. These outlets are mandatory in areas prone to water exposure such as kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. Our team can efficiently install GFCI outlets to improve your home's electrical safety.
Why does my water heater make popping or rumbling noises?
Popping or rumbling sounds from your water heater typically indicate sediment accumulation within the tank. This buildup can reduce efficiency and shorten the unit's lifespan. Annual tank flushing can help mitigate this issue, and our technicians can perform this maintenance task for you.
Why do my lights dim when I use my microwave or vacuum?
Dimming lights when using high-power appliances often suggests an overloaded circuit or inadequate wiring for the current electrical demand. Our electricians can conduct a comprehensive circuit load evaluation and may recommend installing dedicated circuits to address this issue.
