I cannot say enough about Servicewise and how pleased I am with them. I have dealt with many from the front office to the technicians and they have been nothing but knowledgeable, kind and professional. The technicians who came to my house, Caleb and Abraham were wonderful. Caleb and Abraham went of their way to explain everything that needed to be done. Caleb caught things that were ruining my whole Plumbing system since the ones before them had not done it correctly and it was a mess. My husband died so it was not maintained.Since I did not have the ability to go pick up toilets and needed to be installed he did it for me to and stored them for me until put in. There was quite a bit that needed to be done and I am so grateful that these technicians treated me like family. Caleb came out more than once on things that happened in my house that were not something that Servicewise did, but he knew I had no one else to help me. Example, my Well stopped working. Absolutely no water. He was there for me the next day, even brought me lunch. Checked it out. Since it wasn't something Servicewise did he found a company that did.
These two young men helped me through a very difficult time. If I could give them more stars I would. I highly recommend this company and will never forget the smile on Caleb's face when he first came to my door. Thank you Servicewise!

We called ServiceWise to install an ice maker line in our newly purchased 1966 home in Marietta. My wife and I had just moved in days earlier with two infants, and honestly we were already feeling the weight of everything that comes with owning an older home for the first time. What started as a simple job turned into something we didn’t know we needed — a thorough, honest assessment of our home’s plumbing that gave us genuine peace of mind.
Caleb was exceptional. He took the time to walk us through everything he found — from the main shutoff valve and supply stops throughout the house to the thermal expansion tank and gas line at the water heater — explaining not just what needed attention but why it mattered for our family’s safety. He never made us feel sold to. He made us feel taken care of. His integrity was evident in every interaction — straightforward, above board, and refreshingly honest.
Abe brought that same professionalism and work ethic and handled a significant portion of the hands-on work with real skill and care. For someone earlier in his career he carried himself like a seasoned pro. Together they were a formidable team — the kind you hope shows up when you call.
When they returned for a second visit to address a leaking tub and a dripping sound we’d noticed under the master bathroom, they diagnosed a failing waste and overflow assembly and rebuilt the three handle shower valve — getting our tub back in working order so we could finally give our babies a proper bath in our new home. That moment meant more than they probably realized.
ServiceWise pricing reflects the quality and professionalism they bring. For an older home with a young family depending on everything working properly, that peace of mind is worth every penny. They’ve earned a customer for life in East Cobb!

We recently had a large amount of plumbing work done by Caleb and Abe with ServiceWise, and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They installed a water line for our fridge so the ice and water dispenser could function, cleaned out our pipes and got our garbage disposal running properly again, installed a new faucet in our primary bathroom, replaced a sink stopper in our guest bath, made improvements to our water heater, and completed additional work in our basement.
Not only was the quality of their work outstanding, but they were also some of the kindest and most professional people we’ve had in our home. They worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and their craftsmanship truly shows.
What we appreciated most was how clearly they communicated. They took the time to explain what they were doing, why it mattered, and then walked us through everything afterward to be sure we were happy and understood the results. That level of care and transparency is rare.
They are an amazing team who genuinely take pride in their work, and we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our home. Highly recommend!
Frequently Asked Questions About Servicewise Electric & Plumbing
Is it better to repair or replace my water heater?
The decision between repairing or replacing your water heater depends on its age and the cost of repairs. For units over 8-10 years old or those with tank leaks, replacement is often the more cost-effective long-term solution. Servicewise can assess your specific situation and provide guidance on the most suitable option for your home and budget.
How do I know if I need an electrical panel upgrade?
Indicators that you may need an electrical panel upgrade include frequent light flickering, circuit breakers tripping regularly, or insufficient circuits for modern appliances or electric vehicle chargers. Our certified electricians can perform a thorough inspection of your panel and recommend appropriate, code-compliant upgrades if necessary.
Why does my breaker keep tripping?
Repeatedly tripping breakers often indicate circuit overloads or potential wiring problems. This situation should not be ignored as it can pose a fire risk. Servicewise offers prompt troubleshooting and repair services to ensure your home's electrical system remains safe and functional.
What size water heater do I need for my home?
The appropriate water heater size depends on your household's water consumption. While a 50-gallon tank typically suffices for a family of four, individual needs may vary. Our experts can evaluate your specific requirements and advise on the most suitable option, including both conventional and energy-efficient tankless models.
How often should I schedule plumbing maintenance?
Annual plumbing inspections are recommended to detect leaks, address water pressure issues, and prevent drain buildup. Our Wise Plan members benefit from yearly inspections and priority service, helping to avoid unexpected and costly plumbing problems.
Can I install an EV charger at home if my electrical panel is old?
Installing an EV charger with an older electrical panel may be possible, but it requires a thorough assessment of your electrical system's capacity. Our electricians can evaluate your current setup and, if needed, upgrade your panel to safely accommodate the EV charger installation.
Why is my water bill suddenly higher than usual?
An unexpected increase in your water bill could be due to a concealed leak, a malfunctioning toilet, or an issue with your underground water line. Our team utilizes advanced leak detection technology to quickly identify and resolve the source of the problem.
What's the difference between a GFCI and a regular outlet?
GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) outlets provide enhanced safety by immediately cutting off power when they detect moisture or an electrical imbalance. These outlets are mandatory in areas prone to water exposure such as kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. Our team can efficiently install GFCI outlets to improve your home's electrical safety.
Why does my water heater make popping or rumbling noises?
Popping or rumbling sounds from your water heater typically indicate sediment accumulation within the tank. This buildup can reduce efficiency and shorten the unit's lifespan. Annual tank flushing can help mitigate this issue, and our technicians can perform this maintenance task for you.
Why do my lights dim when I use my microwave or vacuum?
Dimming lights when using high-power appliances often suggests an overloaded circuit or inadequate wiring for the current electrical demand. Our electricians can conduct a comprehensive circuit load evaluation and may recommend installing dedicated circuits to address this issue.
