    Ashley did a great job for us. He gave us a heads up prior to arriving was on time and was quick yet thorough with his inspection of our unit. He gave us tips on keeping it running smoothly for some time ahead and made sure we understood how to use the various settings.

    I had a great experience with Darchovian from Premier Indoor Comfort He came out for a maintenance call and was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my system, explain what he was doing, and answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. Darchovian made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC maintenance or service!

    Very frustrating experience. I was given a 12–4 PM appointment window and the technician only planned to arrive at 4 PM, leaving me waiting the entire time. When I called, there was no apology from customer service — just an offer to reschedule. Customers’ time should be valued. Better communication and accountability are needed.

    Came through in an emergency. It was 16/32 with the snow blowing sideways and Bill showed up in an hour. We had an electrical problem that he fixed but also identified that it was installed incorrectly. He got us up and running with the correct wiring and came back 2 days later and replaced the aux heat coil packs with upgraded circuit breakers. I signed up for their maintenance coverage immediately. Bill is a vet and it showed. Rsp// ET1/USN
