I hope this helps my floors. ****** Ashley found my problem!! He was terrific!! My humidifier was faulty!! I was having trouble with my floors starting to cup. Ashley went around my apartment and measured the humidity in each room. It confirmed that the read on the humidifier was broken. He listened to me, the customer, and solved my problem!!! Great employee!!

The service folks that came to do the job were Kiefer, Vlad, Alex and Cam. Each of them were very professional, answered my questions, kept me updated and all very kind. I would also like to thank Bill Buckner for guiding me and suggesting the replacements. As well, Tommy Buckner was very helpful in assessing and preparing the quote for the replacement equipment. One of the many reasons I have been with Premier since 2004 and have always had a yearly contract for service is their service.
