The 2nd visit was free (b/c the 1st visit didn't quite solve the problem). The 3rd visit was just labor fees because they were able to get Bryant to warrant my parts. All in all, I'm incredibly grateful and will call Green in the future. They earned my trust and took great care of us. Thanks guys!
