  Green has serviced my existing system for over 10 years and has always done an excellent job. Last week they installed a new HVAC system and as usual did an excellent job. Stephanie and the tech team that did the new installation were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job.Highly recommend them for servicing and/or installing a new HVAC system.

  Set up appointment for visit to check out water marks around AC vent ... Thought possible duct boot needing some attention ... recd call from Green's tech, Charlie, who suggested utilizing ceiling vent fan more often ... saved me a service call charge and has cleared up my issue ... Green is tops on attention to detail and eagerness to assist in cases like this ... they really care.

  Over the past 15+ years we’ve relied on Green Heating and Cooling on several occasions, and they’ve always been responsive to our needs—this most recent experience was outstanding. In early January our heat went out, and a technician arrived within about 90 minutes, got the heat restored, and helped us address bigger issues. Our 19-year-old basement system needed replacement, so we updated both upstairs and downstairs systems. Within a week we met with an adviser, and had the full installation completed. Everyone we interacted with—from the office staff to the installers—was courteous, friendly, and competent. About three weeks after installation, we had a Wi‑Fi issue with the thermostat; Ricky at the stated time, resolved the thermostat problem, and then thoroughly inspected the entire installation from basement to attic and the outdoor components. We’re very satisfied with our experience with Green Heating and Cooling.
