  Drop went great but when we called for a pick up it took three weeks. By that time all the neighbors used it too. The rates quoted were a lot less than what billed. Took 4 months to get our refund. Never again. Use someone else for sure. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  I was like never use this business. I was so disappointed in the customer service. I was on the phone with a man and we had a poor connection. It was fuzzy. I asked him to repeat what he said a couple of times and he was extremely rude!! He obviously did not want my business.

  The guy I talked to Saturday 3/25/17 was not business like.he was rude and didn't need to be taking calls .
