  Outstanding service today from Parker's. Troy kept me updated about his estimated arrival and was professional and courteous throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly and outlined several options so that I could make an informed decision. Highly recommend.

  My mother’s AC unit went out yesterday, and unfortunately her contracted maintenance company never returned a Friday afternoon call. By Saturday, after calling three other providers and waiting over two hours for a response, I called Parker’s. Within 4 minutes, Troy returned my call and provided an almost exact arrival time. That level of responsiveness alone was impressive - especially on a Saturday. Troy quickly diagnosed the issue - crossed wires on the capacitor had burned out the fan motor. He corrected the wiring problem and replaced the fan motor efficiently and professionally. He was knowledgeable, skilled and clearly experienced, After this experience, I removed the sign in mom’s yard from her previous contracted company. We fully intend to have Parker’s handle her heating and air service twice yearly through their preferred maintenance plan. We’ve used Parker’s at our other properties in the past and have always found them to be dependable, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. This experience only reinforced why they’ve earned our trust.

  Josh, Ethan, and Frog came to my house today, and installed a new ac unit. They were very professional, answered any questions we had and cleaned up when they left and hauled away my dinosaur of an ac unit. My house is warm now. Thanks guys. Y’all are awesome.
