  I have been a customer since 2007. I got a new Rheem AC unit 3 years ago. When the untit was installed, there is a small metal tube coming from the AC that they wrapped around the copper pipe leading to the condenser. It rubbed a hole into the pipe. Because it's not part of the AC untit, they charged me $1,100 to fix the hole. Office staff was nice but the boss man Tim, not so much. I will not be paying for any new holes since I told the repair guy to wrap the pipes. He said he wouldn't need to since he'll make sure the wire doesn't rub again. Unhappy customer here.

  We’ve had DPC out to empty our septic tank twice over the years & they are hands down the BEST! So professional & personal all at the same time. The best people to handle emergencies & day-to-day care in any shape or form. We wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

  I was quoted $524 to fix this leak. I felt like I was in the South Park episode about plumbers. I can literally buy a new water heater for that price. Maybe that is the going rate, but I paid the $69 service fee and turned the plumber away. That quote turned me off from doing business with this company. Maybe it was more complicated than it looks, but it looks like it just needed a couple of fittings replaced. When I confronted the guy about the price, he actually stated that I had to pay him for his time while the glue dried. In my experience PVC glue dries fast. I am not sure if that is the type of glue he was referring to, but still. They have a good rating so maybe I am a one off. And I do understand paying for the knowledge, truck maintenance, and everything else. Still..... $524?

  Louis and Cory did a great job to remove the old sink and installed the new sink and fixtures, plus they worked very clean. We had to replace a old disposal for the new sink we had purchased. They also fixed an old problem we had with the plumbing in the wall, so the new sink would drain efficiently. Thank you

  James was very knowledgeable, personable and professional! He not only quickly and efficiently fixed my plumbing problems but he also educated me on locating and implementing a cut off of the main water turnoff valve.
