  I was extremely impressed with McNail Brothers Roofing for both my roof and my dad’s roof. They were responsive, understanding and professional during all our interactions. I have very high standards and McNail Brothers surpassed my expectations. In my case, my new roof installation was complicated by solar panels that needed to be removed before the new roof could be installed. McNail Brothers made a point of calling my solar company to discuss the specifics of the solar components that needed to be addressed when replacing the roof (my solar contact made a point of telling me he was impressed with McNail Brothers level of interest and professionalism to install the roof properly around the solar components), as well as coming out on the day of the solar uninstall to discuss the issues with the guys doing the uninstall. After the roof was installed, they must have walked around my house at least 20 times to clean up all debris and then after that, one of the owners stopped by to inspect the roof and also walked around the house to make sure all nails and debris were picked up. For my dad’s house, the roof was installed without a hitch, but I was glad when they pointed out some rotting wood in several places we hadn’t noticed. We contracted with McNail Brothers to have their team come out and replace all those rotted wood boards (particularly around the chimney) with cement fiber boards. We now feel secure that the house is water-tight. Based on my recent experience, I would highly recommend McNail Brothers.

  When it came time for a new roof, I received several quotes to complete the job. McNail brothers had come highly recommended so I decided to give them a chance. The team was very professional and the price was really reasonable. I decided to go with McNail Brothers and they did a really great job and the crew was very professional and friendly. Fast forward a few years and I needed to have some facia and soffit work done that I had been putting off. I got a few quotes and McNail was once again the best company for the job. It took some customizations and creative thinking to make everything perfect, which I really appreciated it. When we needed to make some adjustments to the gutter guards that were installed, they stand behind their work and were quick to respond to fix any issues. I would highly recommend Jim and his team, knowing that they will continue to be there for you even after the job is done.

  McNail did a great job on our roof, gutter and painting project. Their teams were professional and capable, and worked to minimize their impact on our household while they were here. They handled our rather complex roofline expertly. We would recommend them to anyone!

  I was extremely pleased with not only the end product, but also with the way David kept everything going. He also kept us informed during the process, which is very important. The crews were the kind of people that you would like to have in your home. The fact that there was always someone that you could communicate with, even when David was checking another of our neighbors jobs, was a very welcome change.
