- CRChuck Rohan4 days ago3.0I wish I was treated the same way the other reviewer was treated. Sorry to say I was not. I was a customer. Paid my bills and so be it. I hope every future customer gets treated like the other person and not myself. I have met the owner and I think he's a good person. The office maybe had a bad day. There are ways to handle things. I had no complaints until now. The sad part is I offered to take the garbage to them and customer service wanted to charge me for that.

So I save them for the exceptional businesses that I work with. We have been a Tony’s customer for more than 15 years. We’re treated the same way as a commercial account would be. Their workers are courteous and timely. They don’t destroy your garage receptacles and they get it done in any weather. Their office staff shares the same positive attributes and they address concerns immediately. We are Tony’s customers for life because we feel valued. Why a review for a garbage service? Imagine your life without effective waste management- Things would get nasty at your home or business real fast, then you’d appreciate those scheduled visits and the folks who make civilized living possible for us.
