- RHRose HowellAug 6, 20244.0We ordered Pella windows through BFS and had a good experience there, plenty of assistance and information to make our decision while we were looking at various windows and doors to use for our porch project. Where we had a problem was with a contractor they recommend for use. Frankly, if I was BFS, I would take Troy Thomas, Troy Built, off our recommended contractor list. He’s a nice enough guy, helped coordinate everything but the crew He used for the work was subpar. They are fine for middle of the road jobs, but if you want craftsmanship, this isn’t who to use.
