  If I could give negative stars I would! For a long while now, I have been dealing with this company taking the trash can and throwing it three sheets to the wind and I’ve just been picking up the trash can putting it back in place etc. But I’ve had about enough of it and I started taking pictures. This company is going to cause an accident and because it’s my trash can I’m going to get sued for it. If that happens, I will hold this company responsible. I’ve called twice and to be fair they’ve been very nice and will put a notation on my account for the driver to be mindful where they put the trash can. I do appreciate that, but how many more times is this going to happen because clearly they don’t care and they don’t take warning of these things. Somebody is going get into an accident and it’s gonna be cycle works/red oak sanitation fault. You guys need to do better. A lot better!

  Never been happier that I switched from CW. They have Red Oak now speeding through the neighborhood, throwing cans and trash all over place. Complete disregard for safety or sanitation.

  Do you want hassle? Do you want terrible service? Missed pick ups? Partial pick ups? Then this incredibly insufficient and slow company is for You! This is the worst service you can get in bartow county. They never pick up on time, they would only dump one can and leave the rest, forcing us to call again every week to come and have them pick up the cans we have already paid to have pick up. Once we finally cancelled they took our personal garbage bin with them even though we told them multiple times they only ever provided us with one can even though we paid for three, the other two were our cans. If you like to frustrated and have garbage left for you to deal with at your own time after you paid someone else to do it give these people a call! You WILL be disappointed.

  When I hired this company they said I can put 5 trash bags out the container but now they say if something is out the container they won’t take it. What do they want me to do if the container is full? I keep in my closet perhaps they come the next week or what? Definitely will change company I am very upset .first I see they do this to my neighbors but I never expect are the company rules. First when they start to make business in this area they are so nice but now the company are more popular with more customers now they do wherever they want. They forget it’s not free I pay for service what they think? They are doing me a favor or what?

  Didn’t pick up my trash talking about no payment. Payment was made on the 17th and today is the 20th. This has happen to me too many times. I am switching to a differnt company. You definitely don’t get what you pay for.
