Our service vehicles are well-equipped, for most new installation and repairs. We provide plumbing service from A to Z, to the entire CSRA, and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
Seycan (technician), arrived sooner than originally scheduled ( I was asked if it was okay), to my delight and a same day Master’s Monday!
He listened and heard my concerns, and presented me with the recommendations to address the problems at hand. Seycan provided a timeline on duration of service and was spot on.
My only regret, is that I reside in Baltimore, and I don’t have the ability for Seycan to address the issues in my own home as he did for my mother’s house.
Thank you Sir!!!

On 4/6/26 - Technician, Pierre, visited our home to assess our table top hot water heater, which was making a hissing sound. He determined that it was leaking, and that it , also, needed to be replaced. He did a thorough exam, and took pictures. He stated that he would take the information back to the company so that it could be determined what exactly will need to be done, and a price. He’s to return on 4/7/26 morning with the results.
On 4/7/26, Pierre returned with all the information needed:
- What procedures will be implemented, and the price.
- Informed that prior to him doing his job, the restoration department needs to assess the condition of the area under the water heater, to determine if any repairs are needed first.
(Note: Appointment with Titan Restoration, is scheduled for 9am on 4/8/26.)
Next appointment with Pierre is scheduled for 4/9/26, between 11and 2.
I am very pleased with Pierre’s service.
He is very courteous, knowledgeable, and made it easy to understand what is and will be going on.

Plummer did not want to answer my questions, saying "Jesus Christ" for the first question I asked. He said that.....he was going to return. I asked for a return appointment on the same day and he told me".....a definitive this is what it is going to be "- ignoring my request without a response-...as he scheduled the next day appointment. John informed me of my future charge (the cost of the next day job). I do not plan to give $250 plus dollars of my money to a hot head. John wanted me to sign for work ( a work order I am guessing) , saying that I am satisfied with the worked performed for work that has not been done or even started. The work order was for work to be completed the next day. This is my second experience with the plumbing company. If this guy had been the first tech, the first experience would have been my last. The first experience was great.

Our Navien tankless water heater stopped working, and we called for service. The technician initially attempted to troubleshoot and consulted with Navien, but ultimately stated a part needed to be ordered.
After waiting three days for the part and having it installed, the unit still did not work. The technician then contacted Navien again and was advised to check gas pressure. Because he did not have the proper equipment on-site, additional time was required to obtain the necessary tools. The issue was ultimately identified as low gas pressure, which resolved the problem.
While I appreciate that the issue was eventually fixed, I was charged $350 in labor (plus the service call) for what turned out to be a gas pressure issue that could have been identified earlier in the process. This resulted in a three-day delay without hot water and unnecessary additional work.
Additionally, there were multiple instances where replacing the unit was recommended, despite it being only three years old and before a full diagnostic had been completed. That level of emphasis on replacement, prior to identifying the actual issue, felt questionable.
Overall, the problem was resolved, but the diagnostic process could have been more efficient and thorough from the start. A complete diagnostic approach at the initial visit would have saved time, cost, and inconvenience.

Pierre and Gary with Universal Plumbing did an excellent job resolving the leak issue i was having. My hot water heater pipe burst causing a flood in my bedroom. Pierre came, inspected the problem, and provided a detailed explanation of the problem and what was needed to solve it. I joked with him about being a plumber professor because he was so knowledgeable about his profession. Im grateful for the great services that were provided. Thanks goes to Pierre and the other guys that assisted!
