- JJJeffrey JurrusMar 26, 20261.0No customer Service!! 3 days of waiting with no communication. I ordered breakers all but 1 came in the following day. Here is where they failed, I was told it will be here later the same day and I would receive a call. No call no breaker the next day and was told it should be there by lunch 1 or 2 pm heard nothing. Called was and was told I'll look and call you back. Crickets no call back no communication at all. Called the following day same thing, called after 2 and was told should be here in the morning. Third day I called in the morning was told it should be here by lunch asked for a call back. Crickets again. I showed up just before 2pm and the post was on the counter but no one at the counter to release it to me. I won't be back. I understand things happen, but I'm in the field and need communication. I shouldn't have to chase a counter man to find my parts or let me know a status. There are better options in the area with good customer service. My order was not anything that special, only 3 phase 30 amp GE breakers.
