  Don't let them install garage doors. My home was built 2021 and we bought in 2022. Shortly after I noticed the two single car garage door sensors were cross-wired behind the ceiling drywall. Meaning the one door's obstruction sensors to prevent it from closing were wired to the opposite garage door motor and vice versa. This was mostly noticeable if something was accidentally left in front of a sensor and you tried to close an opposite when leaving the garage as the door you just left wouldn't shut until the opposite door's obstruction was cleared. However if the correct door had an obstruction the sensor would never know since they are wired to the opposite door. I' ve left messages with this company several times over the past few years with no response. I did finally talk with a receptionist/customer service rep a few weeks ago and she said they could come look at the issue but if be charged for the service call and repair! I told her this wasn't a matter of something breaking or needing repair. It was a matter of righting what they installed wrong. She said she'd have to talk to the new company management as it was under new owners since 2021 when my house was built but that she'd call the following day with a resolution since it was towards the end of the day when we talked. She never called back and last night there was a slight obstruction in the door's path when it shut. It totally bent and tore the top of the door severely damaging it. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

  This company is horrible. Run while you can. The sales rep sells the job and never follows up with any communication. He totally ignores phone calls, texts, and emails. They give you a time for the job to be done, you wait and wait and they don't show up or communicate. When they finally show up days later, you wait again but they don't have the supplies they need so you get put off again. They only work at their convenience and when the job is done, it's totally shoddy work and not completed as the sales rep stated it would be. They do not even deserve one star but, that is the lowest rating I could give. UPDATE: Don't be fooled by the fake concern you read in the Company's response to this review. I called Jeremy Granade as requested, got voicemail, left a message, and never received a response. Guess poor business practices are the company culture. Pathetic!
