Andrew & Christisen at Cassell Bros. we're GREAT! They arrived the same day I called for the appointment, they were very professional, and they even improved upon the entry cap on the side of my home. BRAVO! 🎊 🎉 ~The Patterson Family

I have had three technicians come to my home over the past few weeks and all of them have been outstanding! They explained everything in detail to us and they were courteous and extremely kind. I will be using and recommending Cassell Brothers from now on.

What an excellent company! The appointment scheduling was easy and great communication from the office and technician. David was very polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable and made sure he understood what I needed. He even explained the benefits of a service plan for this work and future needs. The estimate was very reasonable.
The company was professional and the technician was competent and personable. He was able to complete the job in minimal time and I was impressed 💯 only downside was that the price was somewhat higher than I anticipated. Overall, great job 👍🏾 he did "5 Star ⭐" work with "4 Star ⭐" pricing 😊
One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company. My issue wasn’t with the two plumbers themselves, but with how the company handled the situation afterward.
I initially called them out for a leaky shower/tub faucet that needed a cartridge replacement. The plumber replaced the cartridge and the leak was fixed. I did notice the water pressure seemed slightly lower afterward, but it was still within a reasonable range so I didn’t think much of it at the time. I didn’t test the shower function immediately since this is a guest bathroom that we don’t often use, and it had never been an issue in the past.
A couple months later, when we had our first guest stay with us, they discovered that the shower wasn’t working at all. There had been no issues with the shower’s function or pressure before the cartridge replacement. The shower had not been used at all between the time of the repair and when the problem was discovered.
When I called the company to have someone come look at it, they concluded that the non-functioning shower was due to “wear and tear.” Now I’m no plumber, but I don’t think it would be unreasonable to conclude that that phrase carries the same meaning to us laymen—that a part failed gradually from normal use over time. Considering the shower hadn’t been used at all since the repair, that explanation simply makes no sense at all.
What was most frustrating was their unwillingness to consider that the issue might have been related to the previous repair. They offered no other explanation and refused to take responsibility.
I’ve never dealt with a company that handled a customer concern in such bad faith. I strongly recommend looking for another plumbing company if you need work done in the area.
