  We worked with Jeffrey to buy our carpets, he was so helpful and always communicated so quickly. We needed help getting our rugs installed and he even set up to come after hours and help get everything installed perfectly. Couldn’t recommend Jeffrey more. Great customer service for our family.

  You will not go wrong while working with Chris and the team! Many beautiful wood floors to choose from colors and styles. Shawn the installer, and his team came in with riding equipment…popping the flooring up in three rooms, foyer and two halls in a matter of maybe 3 hours flat…unbelievably quick and no damage to walls😂. CSRA community Chris and the team of professionals were truly amazing and a sincere pleasure to work with throughout my restoration caused by water damage. My restoration was lead by a sensational Project Manager, Hal at ServPro. During a time of total chaos and uncertainty our community needs professional leadership, guidance and support from reliable people…you will not only be pleased with the results, you will also write an appreciation review! After experiencing water damage in my home, I trusted them to replace both my carpet and hardwood flooring—and I am so glad I did. Chris was simply amazing to work with from start to finish. He was kind, understanding, and incredibly considerate, all while maintaining impeccable professionalism. He truly listened to my concerns, answered every question thoroughly, and reassured me that he and his team would take great care of my home.
