  Extremely disappointed. I scheduled an appointment today for service to unjam a garbage disposal with a large service window of 1pm-7pm. Total no show. No consideration to call and apologize for the inconvenience or even reschedule. My entire Friday was made useless. I contacted the office about 5:30pm. The agent assured me that the tech was finishing a job and I was next in line. I created an account as requested. I added my payment details as requested. I inquired as to why I needed to enter my payment details and the said it was policy and I could remove at any time. I’m attempting to remove my card details at this moment and my payment details will not delete. Very misleading. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend. Zero stars.

  Highly recommend! Noah is the BEST. PLUMBER. EVER.!! And not to mention so kind and polite. We had a water tank burst and decided to install a tankless unit. Our house was built in 1957 and our crawl space never imagined a tankless water heater! Needless to say, it was a complicated and difficult job but Noah was so determined to not only get it installed but to make sure it was a quality job. I’ve never seen someone work harder and more determined, and all with a kind smile the entire time. Moncrief is great and they are lucky to have Noah on their team!

  We’ve had a fantastic experience with Moncrief Air Conditioning. They installed two new units for us and are in the process of installing two more, and every step has been seamless. Their team is professional, punctual, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept the work areas clean, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. It’s rare to find a company that combines this level of expertise with such genuinely kind and respectful service. We highly recommend Moncrief to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality HVAC work.

  Mr. Edie came to my home for minisplit maintenance. Before getting to work he questioned what I needed and told me a price that was more than twice the price they quoted me. I was not having any issue with my minisplit. I just needed maintenance. I shouldn’t have more work done if I don’t want it, and the price I was quoted over the phone should remain the price. Just to clarify, my Mitsubishi minisplit works great. There were no problems, so I don’t understand why I wasn’t heard when explaining this. I told him that wasn’t the price I was quoted and the maintenance is all I needed. He said he’d have to listen to the phone conversation. Apparently, when he went to listen to the conversation he left without even saying he was leaving. It didn’t make any sense. I then called Moncrief to figure this out. They said a tech could come out the next day but Edie was on his way to another appt now and couldn’t come back. I remained on the phone for nearly an hour so that they could reach a manager. The next day wouldn’t work for me since I got half this day off of work for this appt and I was going out of town the next day. The manager agreed to someone coming back out and finally at 7pm a great tech named Robbie came out and performed the maintenance on my minisplit. While I think Robbie was great, I think the tech Edie, was beyond unprofessional and the fact customer service wanted me to spend the next day waiting around for another 6 hour window was incredibly poor customer service. If you schedule a service days in advance, are quoted a price and accept to it prior to the visit, you should not be confronted by a tech raising your price the day of and leaving without the courtesy of making the customer aware they left. They fact that I spent the next hour on the phone and 5 hours waiting for another tech made for a stressful situation and a full wasted day! The stress that caused me was completely unnecessary and preventable. The last service tech was great, Robby was great, but the rest of Moncrief’s service was far below what I would call acceptable.

  This morning around 7:45am the driver of this truck was following way too closely to me and almost hit me multiple times on south cobb dr. They were also following other cars to close as well and almost hitting them. I already saw a review from 2 weeks ago about the same thing. Something has to be done this is very unprofessional and unacceptable.
