I was contacted by Solar Artisans in January 25. Jeaune came to the house and sold me on a Day System which would allow me to generate enough power to run our home during the day while selling the extra energy generated to Ga.Power, whereby selling enough credits to offset being on their grid after the Sun went down. The 1 requirement I had was to get as close as possible to a net zero sustainability. A simple, straight forward plan that made sense at the time We went online at the end of March, and since then I have been fighting an uphill battle with Solar Artisans, because everything I am left with has not come close to what they promised. Since then, I have tried to get Jeaune to help me. He has promised to do an Energy Audit in order to see if there is a problem with something in the house eating up the power. I have yet to see him. I understand he has had health issues, but he nor anyone else representing the company has bothered to call or show up. The system I received, at best only saved me 50% at most on my Power bill, and the Savings I gain from selling kWh credits to Ga Power have not been over $15 a month thus far. Between the new loan amount I incurred for the panels and my new monthly Power Bill, I am paying over $450 a month on average. If I posted every text from Jeaune stating he would be out this week to conduct the audit, you could easily establish a pattern that I’m dealing with a company that is offering more in Futility than Integrity. My wife thought I lost my marbles when I comitted to this project. Now I wish that was all I had at stake. I am left holding a huge ongoing issue that is sucking money from me like a Vacuum Cleaner Salesman. I can’t begin to tell you how demoralizing it is for me to write this review, but I don’t want anyone else going through the mess this has created.

I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience working with Jeaune Yarde of Solar Artisans regarding the installation of solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall at my residence. Despite several attempts to have the installation issues rectified, I have encountered delays, unfulfilled promises, and a lack of accountability. I hired Jeaune Yarde of Solar Artisans several months ago to install solar panels and a Powerwall with the expectation of being off-grid during evening and early morning hours. I initially requested two Powerwalls and 35 solar panels based on assessments from other companies. However, Jeaune advised that this was excessive for my home and recommended fewer panels. I trusted his expertise, made the recommended attic insulation upgrades, and proceeded with the installation through Freedom Forever Solar. While the installation appeared to go smoothly overall, there were minor issues such as drywall patches in my garage and poorly aligned PVC pipes. However, the bigger problems emerged after I was given permission to operate the system. My solar setup has not performed efficiently, failing to charge the Powerwall adequately or significantly reduce my electric bill. I raised these concerns with Jeaune and provided my electric bill as evidence. I also pointed out that the placement of the panels—primarily on the back (west-facing) side of my home—was problematic, as the front of my house faces east. Jeaune assured me that he would address the issue by installing additional panels at no cost within 30 days. After waiting a month, I followed up with Jeaune, only to be told that Freedom Forever Solar could only sell panels in increments of eight at a cost of $6,000. He then suggested I purchase the panels upfront, promising to reimburse me later—a completely unacceptable proposition given that this was clearly an error on Solar Artisans’ part. I refused to pay for the additional panels, as I should not be responsible for correcting their miscalculation. To make matters worse, my email to Freedom Forever Solar outlining my concerns went unanswered. This entire process has been frustrating and unprofessional. Solar Artisans and Jeaune Yarde have failed to deliver on their promises, leaving me with an inefficient system and no resolution in sight. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable solar solutions.

Jeaune and Erion was absolutely awesome in presenting this system to us, they explained everything in such a way that it was a no brainer. after the presentation my wife and I was sold on the system. They were with the process from start to finish. every question that we had they answered it very professionally. we were and still excited about having the system and these guys as our friends for life. communication is great, they informed us that at any area of this process we can always call them and get the assistance that we need.
