The plumber arrived, but realized the problem was not one he could fix, and that the toilet needed to be replaced. He was here less than 5 minutes, but I was ready to pat the service charge when he said, there’s no charge today. I have used Seagraves since then for various issues and they have always been efficient, competent and fair. I would highly recommend them!
