- RRRyanAug 2, 20251.0This HOA is operating in a rather peculiar manner. They are abusing their authority over their residents. Usually, they discourage residents from using guest parking spots. However, some residents persist in parking in guest spots, unaware of the HOA’s rules. White Jeep Wrangler vehicles are monitored for parking violations. They are convening residents who violate parking to park in guest parking spots. Perhaps they know the residents. Some residents decorate garages and do not park their vehicles, and park their vechicles for long periods in parking spots for guests. Additionally, they have implemented a rule requiring residents to place their trash cans outside from 5 p.m. on Mondays, but many residents disregard this rule. They place their trash cans when they are full, which results in unpleasant odors and unsightly conditions. Despite being paid over $380 per month, the HOA remains silent about this unreasonable rule and takes no action to address it. Also, some residents speed on the roads within the community. There is a 25-mile rule, but it runs at a tremendous speed because there are no bumps. It is very dangerous when jogging or walking around. They also say that it is safe because there is a community gate when selling a house. But there is no fence around their community. This means that anyone can enter and exit the complex as they please. Simple, isn't it? This community really is the worst.
