  Remodel Republic and particularly Wade and Marjorie was fantastic. We did a major remodel of our kitchen and expanded the kitchen into the breakfast dining area, new cabinets, appliances and added a breakfast nook. Marjorie did a great job designing the space and taking our feedback and integrating it into a rendering so we knew exactly what we were getting prior to any work being done. Wade effectively managed the project largely on time and on budget with only minor unforeseen issues after the opened up our 100 year old house. Overall would recommend and though the result is great!

  So, where do I start. Initially, everything looked ok when we contracted this company to have two bathrooms and floor tiling done. In the construction phase were multiple issues where they plumbed pipes incorrectly, leading them to having to open up the walls again to fix it after everything was done. Upon closer inspection multiple tiles were cut very poorly but still installed and just „fixed“ with silicone so that broken edges were not that visible. Now, after roughly 2 years or so we have multiple smaller leaks from the installed sinks. Not too big of a deal, I fixed this stuff myself. But, here comes the big nono: our garage ceiling came down partially the other day, why, because they never tightened the toilet waste pipe connection resulting in a slow leak over two years ago unfortunately, due to fire blocking foam that is required these days the water didn’t just drip down on drywall, it was sitting on subfloor and joist. Big mess, mold. Fortunately no structural damage. What did remodel republic do? Come, take a look, and that’s all. No accountability whatsoever. Now I had to remedy mold, pay a structural engineer to assess joist damage and now pay someone to fix the drywall. Great. In addition to this. Our main shower started to have wet grout in multiple places, even when the shower had not been used in weeks. That suggests there’s water sitting somewhere behind. I haven’t opened up the ceiling from underneath yet, but just the fact that there’s wet grout when there was no water is a bad sign. Considering that we went with the most expensive contractor out of the selection we picked, I hoped for more quality and more accountability for issues afterwards. I cannot recommend this contractor.

  Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable, and I really appreciate the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. They are very professional and they’ll make sure everything gets done right. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and reliability!

  Our experience with Remodel Republic was outstanding from start to finish. Becky, Wade & Celson were a dream team to work with! My husband and I popped into the showroom one day just to get a feel for ideas and materials for a kitchen renovation. Becky immediately impressed us with her eye for design, and we could see in the showroom that we would be able to choose from a huge variety of design elements and finishes. Becky came to my house to get measurements and see our current kitchen layout. I showed her inspo photos and described the limitations and frustrations I had w my current layout. Becky was able to take all of that info and turn it into my dream kitchen. She fixed all the issues I had (lack of storage, small prep area, small cabinets, inadequate pantry size, poor layout functionally) and she also gave me the exact aesthetic I was looking for. I get overwhelmed w design decisions, and she helped me pick light fixtures and paint colors too. Wade was our project manager and is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He communicated every step of the project with me and was always available for questions or quickly returned my calls. He is trustworthy, honest, and reliable. Wade worked directly with my flooring company to coordinate schedules, and my floor company said he was by far the easiest contractor she has ever worked with. Celson was the lead contractor on site, and he & his team do exceptional quality work. His team worked so fast and put in hours and hours a day to finish on time. We were given a timeline of about 8-10 weeks, but I prepared myself mentally for 12+ based on previous renovations w other contractors. They finished right on time at about 8-9 weeks. I was so impressed. We had delayed renovating our kitchen for years bc we were afraid of how inconvenient it would be, but it honestly wasn’t bad at all. And it was totally worth it! Our house feels like a whole new house! We have more cabinets than before but it feels so much bigger bc of the new layout. I feel so happy every day I walk into our new kitchen. Remodel Republic showed up pretty much daily to ensure they would finish on time, even working weekends on occasion. They were very understanding about my big dogs, and always texted me when they arrived so the dogs could be locked up. I trusted the entire team to be in my home when I was out of town or just gone all day. We have a couple more projects in mind and absolutely will use Remodel Republic again. If you want a full service team that handles design and remodeling, honest and hard working designers and contractors, look no further! Remodel Republic is the BEST, I can’t wait to work with Becky, Wade & Celson again. ⭐️ 🌟 💫
