Thanks to their excellent service technicians, our old water heater was still going strong. Nevertheless, since it was thirteen years old, we decided that it was time to replace it and called Moncrief. Ted came to check out our situation within a few hours. The next morning Ted returned with Logan, his assistant, and installed our new water heater. Ted explained how it operates and we now also have a new flood protection value with a sensor. Thanks to their expertise, we expect to enjoy our new hot water heater for many years to come.
