  I just wanted to take the time to give my highest kudos to Cedric at the DRB homes on Abbotts Crossing in Conyers. He’s the most patient and respectful person my husband and I have come across in our house hunting adventure. He stayed with us for months leading up to our closing and even after our closing, he is still the most reliable. We cannot be more grateful for Cedric, his hospitality, patience and commitment to striving for the best experience. Truly an amazing asset this team! Thanks again Cedric!

  They don’t honor contracts. Closed 3 months ago and after multiple texts, emails, and calls I’m still waiting for them to pay my HOA dues for the year per our contract. Would not work with them again.
