- RWRickey WilliamsJun 21, 20251.0Not a customer. Was stranded beside a united rental worker in a Kroger parking lot. Asked for a jump start, and was dismissed before I got my sentence done. Had jumper cables but driver was rude. Would never spend a dollar here! Lack of human decency!
- DHDennis HevenerJun 30, 20245.0I am not a contractor. I rented this (Telelifter) for use by a company I brought a metal building from. Everyone was super-helpful in holding my hand thru the process. Although I got my request in a week before needed, they did not have a 6000 lb unit available. So they sent me a 7000 lb unit at the same price. The delivery and pickup drivers were courteous and on-time. (You don't have to be there for pickup or delivery.) I refueled it myself before pickup. Had I not done this, I would have been charged $8.70 per gallon. I had no idea how much it would use. But it has a 35 gallon tank! So I bought 5 gallons of diesel for about $3.50 per gallon -- the first time in my life to buy diesel. It turned out the thing used only 2 or 3 gallons for the entire day-long project, so it probably wasn't worth my while to refuel it myself. But I saved a few bucks, and gave the leftover diesel to the building crew for their truck. Thanks y'all. I appreciate it!
- GSGina SmithJun 9, 20231.0The store does not answer the phone. Clueless operator took too long to make the reservation, could not answer basic questions regarding equipment. Made the reservation went to the store and did not have the forks that were not an optional item. Store claimed they called but nobody reached out to the contact numbers given. The reservation system is not working agents need to have general knowledge and not just guess if the parts are ready for rent.
