- JSJeremy Smith4 days ago5.0After my experience with Stanfield and their technician Brett today, not only will I never use another heating/air company, but I also intend to tell everyone I know to use them. Brett was extremely knowledgeable and made every effort to fix my older unit, rather than try and immediately push a replacement. In the end I saved almost 10k on what could have been. I don't know anything about AC units and could have been a very easy target. What was an anxiety inducing appointment turned into a restoration of my faith in humanity. Thankfully people like Brett are still out there when we need them.

He then asked if it would be OK for him to arrive a few minutes early for our appointment. Grant did, in fact, arrive early and began checking both our AC units. He was courteous, efficient, and respectful of our home and time.
