  We had to have a water heater replaced after 8 years price went from $1395 with code upgrade tank system in 2018 with Reliable then $2995 for just water heater.I was told by Jeremy the sales rep that prices have gone up like car prices but really $1600 more? I had to make many calls to get a pan under the water heater that was promised in the estimate but not installed because it was not on the Install order. I was out of town dealing with this through the salesman and my son.I was told a manager would call but never did on 3 different occasions.The pan had to be Installed after water heater was installed the next day after much discussion.Tony the installer did a great job and was very responsive and willing to come back to Install the pan that was not on the Install order. I was really impressed with Reliable in 2018 but not in 2026

  Reliable was quick to respond and helpful from the first phone call to Lamar, our technician, coming out to do the actual work. Lamar completed the job on our heating and AC units efficiently and to our satisfaction. Definitely the contactor you want in your back pocket whether it's an emergency or routine maintenance.

  I Definitely recommend this company, They crew did an Amazing Job and was very Clean, They explain everything to you from beginning to end and ask any questions if you have any, I would like to give recommendations to Scott, Harrison , Kelvin and the Plumber that came out whose name I couldn’t remember ,If anybody looking for new AC units Please give this company a call. Thank You Guys!! I Appreciate the whole crew.

  I continue to be satisfied with Reliable Heating & Air. During this most recent annual visit, Cason Green performed my HVAC service. He was friendly, personable, thorough, yet quick, and efficient. He had a methodical approach to servicing both units, so as not to disrupt my workflow, since I work from home. I‘ve always been satisfied with the service providers from Reliable, but Cason provided especially excellent service this time around. Still a happy customer!

  Hugo is so professional and very polite.This is the second year he has done our yearly maintenance service for us. He does a thorough job and explains every thing he's doing. I hope I see him next year.He also let us know when he was on the way to our home for the service.He cleaned up after he finished too and asked me if I had any questions before he left. What a great guy and service as well.
