- GSGina SmithJun 9, 20231.0The store does not answer the phone. Clueless operator took too long to make the reservation, could not answer basic questions regarding equipment. Made the reservation went to the store and did not have the forks that were not an optional item. Store claimed they called but nobody reached out to the contact numbers given. The reservation system is not working agents need to have general knowledge and not just guess if the parts are ready for rent.

They’re only solution was to make me buy a 50$ hitch from them. 4 guys sitting in an office up front and the manager wouldn’t even stand up and walk out of his office to talk to me. Terrible lazy service from the idiots up front.
