- DDDianaMar 19, 20241.0As a business owner of 25 yrs, I am equipped to deal w difficult clienst but I wasn't expecting to have to be so patient with such a rude company. I called to discuss removing a broken PTAC unit in a workshop (and easily replacing with a new one being delivered) along with a damaged exterior door in same workshop, the woman gave me all sorts of grief. She was LOUD, INTERRUPTED constantly, RUDE, DISMISSIVE. She didn't understand what a Ptac was. I quickly explained and she kept shouting "LOOK! I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE WANTING! YOU NEED TO CALL A QUALIFIED HVAC PERSON!!!!! and on and on. I had already told her that it was a floor unit that plugs in. It was an easy swap out but due to its weight of 142lbs, I needed to pay someone to come and do it. And a door replacement. Eventually, during one of her tirades, I hung up and blocked both numbers she had called from. There are so many wonderful companies out there to work with, there's no need to work with this one.
