That day the temperature dropped to 27 degrees and the maximum temperature did not reach 45 degrees and we had guests to celebrate the end of the year. I called Standfield Air, and now the reason for my evaluation. That same day they sent a technician, Ashton Hill, who after evaluating the system confirmed the problem. He immediately contacted his office to order a new engine so that he could install it before the end of the year. What stands out about Ashton is not only his knowledge but also his personality and ability to explain the process to follow. You have the feeling of taking to a trusted friend, who is a technician and who has come to help us.

Lukas Smith was the technician who came and he was delightful. I was not on site so we communicated by phone. He was professional and explained every thing he was going to do. He would call to ask questions and share what he found. He explained several options I had. I was totally pleased and would highly recommend Lukas Smith!

- DGdanielle gillmerDec 20, 20255.0My furnace started blowing only cold air and Stanfield couldn't get to me for a couple of days, so I had two other companies come out while I waited for Stanfield because it's cold! Let me just say they were well worth the wait, the other two companies were unable to get me back up and running and both said my board needed replacing and it would be at least another week to get it shipped and then installed. Sean, my service tech, solved the problem while he was here for well under half of what the others quoted. I'm having them come back for routine maintenance and to rework some ducting to get my system more efficient.
