  I cannot say enough amazing things about Lumber Liquidators in Athens, Georgia, and especially Evonda 😇, the store manager! We went in simply looking for flooring and walked out not only with exactly what we needed, but with a friend. We had an urgent situation come up, and Evonda immediately stepped in with compassion and professionalism. She worked tirelessly to find us every possible discount, even reaching out to big box stores to secure price matches. She made sure we got the absolute best deal and helped us choose flooring that matched perfectly. The store itself is incredible — the displays are beautiful, organized, and extremely helpful when you’re trying to visualize what you want. They even had our flooring in stock, which was a huge blessing and allowed everything to move quickly. Thanks to Evonda, the whole process was smooth, fast, and completely stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way she does. We are beyond grateful and will definitely be buying from them again. If you need flooring, this is absolutely the place to go — and Evonda, the amazing store manager, is the person you want helping you!

  Customer Feedback / Commendation I’d like to recognize two exceptional employees at your Athens, Georgia store — Ms. Evonda and Mr. Angelo — for their outstanding service. After an unpleasant experience at the Duluth store, I contacted Athens hoping to find additional boxes of limited-edition flooring. Ms. Evonda immediately confirmed they had what I needed and welcomed me so warmly that I drove an hour from Lawrenceville. When I arrived, both she and Mr. Angelo treated me with genuine courtesy, attentiveness, and kindness. Their professionalism and hospitality completely restored my confidence in your company.   Evonda and Angelo were very helpful without being pushy. I wanted a floor color that was going to work with our kitchen cabinets, but not be the same. I brought a cabinet door in and thought I'd found the right color, but it was much darker than the cabinet door. Evonda looked at it and without my telling her what I was seeing, she pointed out the the reasons why she, too, thought it would work. That helped me decide to take the sample home and then to go for it. We were both right! I'm loving how the new floor looks. Angelo was great at getting information, ordering additional materials and checking us out when Evonda was unavailable. My thanks to both of them!
