  Palm Springs Plumbing installed a new hot water heater for us, and the two technicians were extremely professional. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. We are so grateful for their excellent work and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

  I’ve used Palm Springs Plumbing for my own properties and have referred them to clients before, but after this experience, I won’t be doing that again. My neighbor had a leak somewhere between her meter and the house, so I recommended them. Myles came out, did some work, and left, but the leak was still active. Why did he not check the meter before he left I have no idea. I noticed there was still an leak and let my neighbor know, and he had to come back out. When he returned, I simply asked if he needed any assistance so the issue could be resolved properly. Instead of a professional response, I was met with a surprising amount of attitude and rudeness. It felt like he assumed I was the one who called for the service, which I didn’t—I was just trying to help facilitate things that his company did not allow him to do, so my neighbor could get her problem fixed. There was no reason for the dismissive tone, especially when I was only trying to help move things along. Because of that interaction, I’ve requested my account be removed and will not be referring them to my clients anymore. The service itself might have been fixable, but the way I was spoken to made the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional.

  If I could give them 10 stars I would. I bought a flipped house that wasnt flipped very well at all. I have had numerous issues including plumbing out of this house and every time something comes up these folks are here either same day or the next morning first thing. They are extremely fair on price, they are professional and personable, on time and always follow through with what they say. Cant thank them enough for their hard work in getting my house back in order.
