  I've never been so excited to spend money in my life, but after dealing with Lance and his manager Don, there was no way I was going with another company. Lance was patient, returned my calls and emails and made 3 house visits in order to meet my expectations. I couldn't ask for anything more.

  I had a great experience with One Hour Heating & Cooling, thanks to Lance Ouellette. He did a terrific job from start to finish—very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation went smoothly, and everything was handled with care and attention to detail. I’m truly grateful I chose this company. The service exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely continue to use them in the future. If you’re looking for reliable HVAC service, I highly recommend giving them a call!

  I'm truly impressed with our tech from OneHour, AV. He took the time to educate me about HVAC, but then what's specific to our new Daikin, which did much to inspire my confidence in choosing that product. His way wasn't purely professional/transactional, it was better than that.
