  We had a wonderful experience with NG Windows. We actually found them through Costco, because we were looking at Marvin windows/doors after speaking with Anderson. Mind you, Marvin isn’t cheap by any means. This was a great and perfect purchase for us because the price was fair and they put great care into their work. The project took all day, with a crew of 6 people. One of our basement doors was a horrible mess, and they made sure to take care of that and our three other doors. Alex was our project manager and he was very attentive to our needs and making sure it was all done right. Thank you to Alex and the crew installation day! We will be sure to keep NG Windows in mind for future projects.

  NG Windows is a great company. I got my quote in January and I expressed that it would be nice to have the windows installed by April 20th because we had our baby due around that time and they pulled some strings and had my windows installed in early April, so I really appreciated that. And the windows are great quality.

  NG is the diamond standard for a quality contractor. They have a great product line and outstanding customer service. We've been working with them for a year and a half, with more to go, replacing all our windows and doors in stages. Emma is our sales rep. She's added real value with great design suggestions, such as replacing our multiple French doors and transoms with taller doors, no transoms. They look fantastic. NG isn't the cheapest but their quality products, smooth install process and outstanding customer service has made our investment totally worth it.

  We recently had a new front door installed by Infinity from Marvin through Costco, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The design consultant, Kane, was punctual, knowledgeable, and very patient in walking us through all the options, materials, and pricing. Communication throughout the process was clear and consistent. The installation team, led by on-site manager David, did a fantastic job. Ricardo and Joe worked efficiently to replace our old door and rotten frame with a beautiful new glass front door. They paid great attention to detail, took care of our doorbell and security sensors, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. They are such a hardworking team that works together in harmony. A few days later, the painter, Trinidad, completed the exterior work with incredible attention to detail—his work truly felt like art.You could tell he really cared about his work. He paid attention to every detail and made sure all areas wer evenly covered and looked perfect. The new door looks amazing and brings in much more natural light. We are very happy with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and hardworking team. The only minor regret is that we wish we had chosen a slightly darker UV tint for the glass to reduce afternoon sunlight on our wood floors.The increased afternoon sunlight means we now need to cover part of our wood floor with an area rug to protect it over time. I really don't want to add a courtain on the beautiful glass door. :-)

  Recently had 70,000 dollars worth of windows installed for the entire house. Overall windows are fine but a few things that i feel were missed regarding service given the price paid. 1. Initially had the windows installed due to bugs getting in from the windows. Unfortunately, still having tons of issues with bugs ( stink bugs and ladybugs) this spring which we were told wouldn't be an issue. Seems to have gaps somewhere where they are getting in. 2. The contract said they would fix the seal for an existing door which they never did. 3. I specifically stated that i wanted the windows installed before the end of the year to qualify for the tax credit for energy efficient. They said no problem and windows were installed Dec 30 2025. However, when I asked for the manufacture ID for the tax credit, it was a quick response of " the manufacture of the windows didn't enroll in the energy efficient program." It feels that this was not intentionally disclosed at the time of signing the contract. 4. We are missing screens that were never delivered. At the time of install, screen was noted to be missing and the project manager was going to order them. Well 3 months later, no one contacted us. Spoke with our sales rep who said he would look into it( never heard back). Reached our to the project manager who said he would put a rush order on it and still waiting. Almost 5 months later, still no screens on a couple of the windows. I would have expected a bit better service given the 2000 dollar price tag per window( 70k total i spend). Installers were good and windows are fine but don't expect any service after the sale. Update: I was contacted by management regarding my concerns. Multiple management people came the next day to address concerns. A week later, screens were installed and all other items were taken care of.l and exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the responsiveness once these issues were made aware to the managers. They really do care for the customer experience and sometimes it is a matter of getting a hold of the right person.
