The receptionist desk is right at the front door and there is a friendly greeting the minute you enter. You don't have to wander around searching for help. Trish Wilbanks was the sales consultant who helped me purchase the bathroom sink and shower faucets and fixtures I had chosen for our renovation. She is very knowledgeable about the brand, style and color I chose. She made the entire experience stress free and made sure I had everything needed to install the fixtures. She showed me how I can go online to return anything w/o having to drive back to the store. She is also prompt in returning my calls to ask questions. I always have questions....
