  I had an outstanding experience with David Perry from Reliable Heating, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very beginning, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, compassion, and honesty. As someone on a fixed income, I was extremely worried about being charged at the high end of the quote, especially after hearing how some companies inflate costs by making repairs seem more complicated than they really are. David did the exact opposite. He only charged the service fee and nothing more. He was completely transparent and charged me fairly and accurately for the work that was actually needed, nothing more. What truly set him apart was his integrity. He never tried to manipulate the situation or create unnecessary charges. Instead, he took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood what was happening and why. He was also incredibly patient when I asked questions and even when I mentioned other quotes I was considering. He never pressured or rushed me, which made me feel respected and comfortable throughout the entire process. Beyond the repair itself, David went above and beyond by offering helpful suggestions for other unrelated issues I mentioned. Rather than seeing it as an opportunity to charge extra, he genuinely wanted to help me find practical and affordable solutions. That level of care and compassion is rare. Because of David, Reliable Heating has earned my complete trust. He is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and truly cares about doing the right thing for his customers. This is my second time using Reliable. I will recommend others as well as I will be using Reliable for all of my future needs, and I strongly recommend David Perry to anyone looking for honest, professional, and trustworthy electrical service. We need more like him.

  This company was referred to me by my sister who is a current customer. During the online scheduling process, which was very understandable and easy to process for a appointment. I received a call back to confirm my reservation (Appointment) I had the opportunity to speak with Becky from this establishment. She was the most easiest person to speak with. She explained how the company business and services are operated (Conducted). I was able to sign up for regular monthly plan that includes everything (Labor, Materials, Parts) for any further services. Monthly payments starts in 3 months from today's date. Because of the promotion the business has going. The Technician Aaron called to let me know he's inbound to my home, and also provided me of his establishmented time of arrival. When he arrived 02.27.2026 today. He introduced himself at the door. Was very friendly and spoken about what services he's addressing to. Which spoke volumes. Everything was addressed and handled today. This business is very customer service oriented. It was a pleasure speaking with both Beck & Aaron. Many Thanks, Ms. Parson

  Excellent service. I’ve had issues getting the AC to activate for months now. I bought and installed multiple thermostats but nothing worked. Finally I called Reliable HVAC and Aaron came out and spent hours trying to figure out what the issue was. Eventually he discovered a loose connection between the furnace and AC outside. I can’t tell you what a relief it was to have this problem behind me in time for the summer heat. I’m grateful Aaron persisted until he found the issue, and I know who to call if I need any help in the future.

  Harry from Reliable Heating was absolutely outstanding. He was very professional, extremely friendly, and always had a great smile. From the moment he arrived, he made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. He took the time to clearly explain the root cause of the issue and provided helpful advice to prevent future problems. What really impressed me was that he did not leave until he personally verified that the water pressure was properly restored throughout the entire house. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such professionalism and positive attitude. Highly recommend Harry and Reliable Heating!

  I called Reliable earlier this week to set up an appointment because I have been having an issue with my bathroom drains for weeks. I found Reliable online and they had a call out fee of $89, which I know is basically my personal penalty for not knowing anything about plumbing. I set up an appointment for Saturday afternoon, knowing that I would be home. I received a courtesy call from Joe when he was on his way over. Joe was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me understand the problem. He was in and out of my home in less than 15 minutes, and I kind of learned how to address these types of issues in the future so I am very grateful. Thank you to Joe for making my problems go away quickly. Now I can address them since I was able to learn why my drain was bad, and not keep tossing drain cleaner down and wasting money.
