Our sales rep Denver was wonderful and we especially liked that the process was never pushy or forced. He made the decision process very easy and was patient after the visit as we decided on the right path. The install crew was timely, courteous and did an excellent job. Save yourself the time of looking at a bunch of other options -- NG sells a higher quality window with exceptional customer service and focus.
- MBMatt Boltin5 days ago3.0The new front door we had installed looks great. The price was 10-25% higher than most competitors but my wife was insistent on one specific feature only NG offered. We were given a 10-12 week window for the door to be made/delivered. Ours took 19 weeks. NG was unable to grant any refund/price concessions. During the install the carpenter made a mistake. We were told the painter could fix it. He didnt. So we had to wait another week for service to come back and then several more days for another painter. The install process should have taken 3 days but it took nearly 2 weeks. At the end of the day the door looks great and we are very happy with the end result … but the cost was significant and the whole process took 21 weeks.

We had quotes from two other competitors that were less expensive but we felt that the Marvin windows were better quality. Installation for over 40 windows took one day. We were not clear that some painting needed to be completed after the project was finished. However, they took care of it without any issues. I highly recommend NG Windows.

We had a vision that none of them could understand much less execute. Meeting with NG windows was an entirely different experience. They understood what we wanted and their ability to make it happen was very refreshing. We had almost given up on our dream door. From start to finish they were very professional and very proficient. Masters in their field without a doubt. Do not hesitate to use NG windows. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks for a great job!
