Ten years ago I had the master bedroom completely renovated. This included a walk in shower that replaced a shower/tub combination. The work was fine except that the contractor didn't remove the subfloor (concrete) and replace it. Over the years there was old and new water streaks above the washer and dryer downstairs. Over the ten year period it got progressively worse and I hired different people to offer their expertise as to what was causing the water streaks downstairs. When I called House Doctors , Michelle, recommended that I contact JEAN. Through a process of trial and elimination , Jean was able to identify the source of the leaks as coming from the Master bathroom that I renovated 10 years ago. I have included three photos that include the subfloor removed, the subfloor repaired and the completed shower. Jean did an excellent job.
