  My cabinets had lifetime warranty before this company was sold to another company. The new company worked with me and still went above and beyond to take care of the cabinet issues. The tech Mario is the most amazing human being who went above and beyond to fix the issues. It's hard to find ethical people in this day and age and founders surprised me with their ethical dealing and care for my situation. Please give Mario a giant raise - he's a phenomenal tech (magician actually) and an even better human being.

  We have used Founders for more than 15 years. They do an excellent job and stand by their work. Julie does a wonderful job with the design and making sure our layouts work in the field. The installers are top notch and very efficient. You get what you pay for with their cabinets.

  If you would like to have your cabinets within the next year, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The workmanship is excellent, but I’ve had an entire basement renovation on hold for months and months and months waiting for one thing after another, mostly the cabinets from Founders. Once the cabinets finally arrived, two were done incorrectly and had to be redone. Supposedly they were being “rushed,” but cue another wait of months just to get two pieces of cabinet to cover appliances (and still no arrival date in sight). I called today and was told “it’ll probably be a couple more weeks,” but I have to assume that means a few more months at this point.

  The best customer service as I didn't even have their cabinets in my house. They still sent out a service tech to level, polish, and fix everything about them. Great people !
