Due to timing, I decided to pick the cabinets up from their warehouse in TN. JD, the store manager could not have been more helpful, and professional. When I arrived at the warehouse, Jeremy helped me and he, too was so helpful and courteous to get the cabinets loaded, secured and allow me to get on the road within two hours of arriving. We could not be more pleased, not only with the quality of the cabinets, but with the people that helped us. I would definitely recommend Cabinets-to-Go to anyone looking for new kitchen or bathroom cabinets!

Short version …. the designer (Isaiah) didn’t follow the actual dimensions of our kitchen, instead tried to make the design symmetrical around a window. The store-assigned installer was inept, measured our kitchen 3 times and did not catch the designer’s error. I forced the installer to remeasure (a 4th time!) before installation where he finally acknowledged the errors. It took 8 hrs (!) for the installer and Isaiah to come up with a new design. Some cabinets had to be returned, new ones ordered. I was told it was a quick 3-day turn, but ended up being 2 weeks. Fired Isaiah and the installer, got a new installer assigned by CTG. He came to measure the kitchen and quickly pointed out that the 4th set of measurements were still wrong. Some cabinets had to be returned, new ones ordered. This was another 2-week delay. We tried to cancel the cabinets, but the first installer assembled some of them (despite my request not to), making us financially responsible for his incompetence. I would not recommend CTG. Very bad experience, no accountability, and a corporate office that does not want to resolve any problems. However, if you go with CTG, here are my warnings. Alpharetta Store: (1) Do not count on the manager (Duane) to oversee or communicate with the designer and catch any errors. He did not help when it was obvious there was a problem. He only contacted me when I tried to cancel my order. (2) After the initial design, measure your kitchen yourself! Require that they get your approval before they order the cabinets (Isaiah did not do this). (3) Check the google reviews of the installer – ours was inept. (4) Do not let the installer assemble any cabinets until you confirm the design. You are required to pay for cabinets not in the original packaging. You also pay a restocking fee, even when the designer / installer made the error. (5) Request invoices for every transaction. We did not get updates when cabinets were returned and reordered. When we realized the mess they created, and requested the invoices, Duane would not provide them. He told me to call the support line. Cabinets to Go: (1) Do not expect to get any help from the CTG support line. It’s is a joke. It appeared to be a chatbot, that could not provide any useful information. After explaining my situation, and being obviously upset, it actually asked me if I wanted to leave a positive review. (2) The only way to reach someone “above” the store is to write a negative google review. Even then, the person they told us to contact didn’t respond. (3) Corporate CTG does not want to be reached, does not care about their customers, and has no empathy for the pain you go through when they screw up. If they did, there would be a way to reach them with issues.
