  Philip and Lauren were a delight to work with! Philip provided excellent service with hardwood, carpet, and LVP installation. They went above and beyond for us on every corner and even came back to fix the floors after painters striped the clear coat off. This is a very well run company with their customers best interest always first.

  Wow wow and wow! Service and products were excellent! We would give them more stars if we could! From the very first time I stepped my foot in their store to the final installation (total project time was about 3 weeks and they could have done it faster if we would’ve been available!!) of our staircase runners, these guys provided outstanding service! Great rug choices, knowledgeable designers and Ken the installer took the cake! Awesome company, definitely recommend them to everyone who’s looking for high quality flooring services!

  We found the customer service to be poor from Alpha Rug Expo. We had hardwoods put in the house we just purchased. The person that came out to measure said he knew the brand and color of the existing hardwoods and could match them. When the new flooring arrived it didn’t match so I called and talked to Lauren. I found her to be very defensive and all she wanted to do was tell me and my wife why we were wrong. She said it was probably because our existing floors were faded…or the fact that it was from a different lot number… or the fact that it was a different manufacturer. None of this was discussed when we ordered the floor. The installers were very nice and we decided to just go with it even though they didn’t match. We actually paid $150 to have the boards “feathered” in to the bedroom from the hallway, but since they didn’t match, we just went with the regular threshold. I was going to discuss this with someone when Alpha Rug called me back for final payment…but they just debited my card and never followed up with a call to see if we were satisfied. My career was in sales for 46 years. I understand problems occur and you have to work through them. My main complaint is the way the problem was handled. Nobody seemed to care if we were satisfied or not. Guess the $150 for “feathering” will be a Christmas gift to Alpha Rug.
