We are a local family owned and operated flooring retailer and installer. We offer full installation services for all of our products: carpet, hardwoods, and synthetic resilient flooring including LVP and laminate.
We also make custom rugs, in house from your choice of over 2,000 different styles of carpeting, fabricated to fit your space!
We have been in business serving Alpharetta and surrounding areas for over 25 years. We strive to provide our clients excellent customer service, a personal approach to every project, a casual shopping experience, and great installation every time.

They went above and beyond for us on every corner and even came back to fix the floors after painters striped the clear coat off. This is a very well run company with their customers best interest always first.

- PEPam EnglertAug 18, 20254.0The team at Alpha Rug is great to work with. They first installed hardwood floors in part of my upstairs level, which are holding up well and still look great. Nearly four years ago, I purchased Revolution Mills LVP for the entire main level. It looked great at first but has not held up well at all. The finish was gone after three years making it look dirty all the time. It shows footprints almost immediately after mopping. And that is with minor traffic and no shoes worn indoors. I have contacted the manufacturer several times but have not received a response. I hate to spend the money to replace the floors but may have to. Not sure if all LVP brands are this bad but I would not purchase LVP again.

How does a business stay in business treating their customer so badly? I spoke to the owner who said she never had a problem with Lauren in the past. I read the reviews and indeed she is mentioned my name for being defensive. Just like she had been with me on the phone My business was not valued. They never even extended an olive branch If Lauren's name is mentioned in other reviews, I can only imagine how she's treated other people that don't take the time to complain. But if the owner doesn't mind losing business and money, then I'm happy to go elsewhere where my business is valued.
