  I had an excellent experience with Pro Roofing and Siding from start to finish. Memphis did a fantastic job inspecting my roof and helping me get everything set up for a full replacement. He worked hard to get us an affordable price without cutting corners and made sure our roof was installed using the best materials available. He also followed up after the project was completed to make sure everything went smoothly, which really showed his professionalism and care. Robin did an incredible job scheduling our appointment and made the process easy and convenient. Hafid and Chris did an outstanding job ensuring the roof replacement went perfectly, and Hafid kept me updated throughout the entire process so I always knew what was happening. Juan, the owner, even personally followed up afterward, which speaks volumes about the level of service and pride they take in their work. Excellent service all around. It’s no surprise they have an A+ rating with the BBB. I highly recommend Pro Roofing and Siding to anyone needing roofing work done.

  Communication was great between Office (Robin), Salesman ( Mike Walker), and Onsite Supervisor (Hafid). The installers were really under pressure to install my roof due to impending ice storm and they finished my roof in one day. Supervisor sent photos from the roof as materials were removed and roof was inspected. Kept me informed through photos, videos and phone calls as to any repairs needed, underlayment being installed and asked multiple times if I had any questions or concerns. Best roof I have ever had installed! I have been very impressed by the work this company has provided. Highly recommend!

  I had gutters installed a few years ago, and last week we noticed that a section was starting to come loose. Chad came out the same day to figure out what we needed, and a few days later Chris and Lorenzo came out to fix the issue. Customer service and communication have been amazing through the process. Thanks to the team for being so responsive and taking care of my home!
