Do not ever buy a home from this builder. Cheap, careless, bad quality homes. Concrete cracking with hollow sound 2 weeks in. I hope nothing breaks in your home, it’s an absolute nightmare to get with warranty people and get things fixed. a day job turns into a month. Dont worry, Stanley will respond to this post to ensure everything is getting taken care, but it isnt. Worst decision iv ever made was to buy a home from Stanley
- HMHannah MartinJan 26, 20261.0Update 2/9: We are still waiting. Our downstairs floors have now been out for weeks. I’ve genuinely tried to be patient and understanding throughout this process, but at this point it’s not right. We just want our downstairs back and this issue resolved. Buyers remorse is very high right now. Removed flooring and found a large diagonal crack going through a large part of the foundation, and we’ve only lived here for a month. Stanley Martin needs to fix this as soon as possible. Communication with getting this fixed has been very bad. This also needs to be fixed fully and correctly.
