From scheduling the same-day consultation (which you can conveniently do via text!) to the visit itself, the entire process was seamless. Nick handled the estimate, answered all of our questions, and oversaw the installation of our new HVAC system. The team also relocated a vent in one room and added two new returns in others — all completed efficiently in a single day. Josh and Ray were fantastic during the install: professional, friendly, and patient with our very curious dog “supervising” their work. They even took the time to explain what they were doing and why. The system warranty is excellent (12 years parts and labor for the model we chose), and the follow-up has been thorough — from handling permits to scheduling and completing the inspection. They’re a local company (based in Zephyrhills) who really understand the demands Florida weather puts on HVAC systems. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

The two other companies I called tried taking advantage of me by overpricing the units and then claim to give me a "discount" if I bought from them on the spot which I refused. Custom Air laid it out straight and clear and didn't try to do any shady scammy "oh let me talk to my manager to get a discount." They were upfront and honest and I appreciate that a lot. The guy who came in to do the installation was also great. Overall would recommend this company for sure!!!

I called 4 other companies and Custom finally said they did weekends. Yay! They came the next morning and fixed it quickly. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Thank you again!
