Bahr's was able to send Mike to unhook the old stove, move it for pickup by Lowes, and connect the new stove with better quality hoses than what was offered by Lowe's. All within 30-40 minutes. AMAZING! Thank you to Mike and Bahr's office staff for making all this happen before 12noon! You're all the best! 👏👏👏👏👏

They even had the part on hand and the replacement took no time. I appreciate that my problem was fixable and that Bahr did not use scare tactics to try and persuade me to replace my 7 year old unit. I will not use another heat and air company! You shouldn't either!
