- DPDebbie PinnerApr 7, 20265.0Called on Sunday, did not want emergency service on Easter could wait till Monday, I received call early Mon AM and JT was here in 15 min evaluation done he answered all my questions. It was freezing up, testing showed no leak but he kept looking finally moved unit out and discovered duct work was collapsed, he fixed so I could have AC and another crew would come out next morning and replace piece of duct work was given a very fair price. This morning they were here early. Sully and Abraham were very fast,thorough and cleaned up and answered my questions. Very pleased with all service and would recommend. Also Alma was very nice and helpful answering the phone

I called Bahr’s based on a neighbor’s suggestion. This is a busy season for heating and AC, but they came out the next day to look at it. They sent me a quote and changed out the system less than a week later. At a time when it’s hard to find contractors to respond, I am impressed with how responsive and friendly all of the employees have been. Great customer service!
